Very nice location and good reception!

You can hear your neighbours very well (listening to the music or having sex). The 10.00pm silence rule doesnt really apply to this place. It gets quite later at night. The soup they provide is a bad quality. It dries the skin a lot. The furniture is clean, but looks like from 1970´s.
