Wonderful experience.

Extraordinary place to stay for family, modern and new with every needs. Near center of town with parking space and easy cinectiins to main road. Owners are very usefull with info and help, very pleasent people. Place to comeback

Beautiful apartments and wonderful hosts! All our needs were met and beyond. When we left, our hosts even gave each of the kids (we had six) a little gift, plus they had stocked both refrigerators with tons of food. The beds were very comfortable and everyone had a place to sleep (we were six adults and six kids).

The only difficult thing to manage was the key needing to be in the slot by the door to keep the electricity going. We understood why it was there (to save energy) but it meant we couldn't charge devices while gone, and the emergency lighting was disturbing to the kids if they were sleeping. Otherwise there is really nothing to improve on - it was wonderful!

Such great care and attention. Stamatia looked after us like we were friends visiting. There was a fully stocked fridge and brilliant guidance on where to eat and what to do. We have had a great time exploring this beautiful island. The apartment has all the comforts of home. Great shower, air con and extremely comfy beds.

The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable- a great space with a well equipped kitchen and close to the super market and a 10/15 min walk to the centre. We found it a great base for exploring Kos Town. The owner was very friendly and communication was great - she helped organise taxis etc. She provided a welcome pack of goodies in the fridge on arrival which was lovely and unexpected. Bike hire is nearby and we enjoyed exploring the area on the cycleways. We would recommend.

super friendly owner, great communications , the place was spotlessly clean and had everything that could ever be needed, the owner had even stocked up the fridge with a basic "starter kit" of foods and drinks so we could have something to eat on arrival. Check in was simple as the owner lives on site and met me at the assigned time. fabulous appt, lovely owner, 10/10 will use on next visit.

the apartment is fully new furnished. the house had all the things that we need during our holiday like coffee machine , washing machine, hair dryer , kettle and iron. The fridge was full and had all we need for breakfast. the kitchen has all the equipments for cooking. we were 5 friends and our hosts put an extra bed in bedroom which was really comfy. the location was 8-10 minutes walking distance far away from the main port, and 10-12 minutes walking distance to the heart of old town. there was a free parking place next to the apartment. It is a family house which is designed really nice. the house was super clean. all the rooms has air conditioners an TV in each room. there was a market so close to the apartment. there was enough towels for everyone. This apartment was as comfy as my own house. Thank you

Too far from centre of town. It was too far for us (oldies) to walk and getting taxis was VERY difficult.
