I had a terrible experience in this hotel. Firstly very unfriendly staff and unprofessional. Secondly, we were simply tortured by the clearing service. A couple mornings they woke us up and every half an hour they came and knocked on the room and literally demanded that the room be vacated for cleaning. When I went down to the reception to complain about them, I was invited from the boss who apologized with a disgruntled face. Cleaning service is terrible, they do not understand a word of English and it seems that they are in a hurry to clean all the rooms in the morning and leave quickly. We also had an issue with the shower in the room as it was leaking all over the floor, the door wasn’t closing properly. The hotel has few employees and they combine different tasks. Receptionist and bartender are the same person. On Sunday they do not work and there are almost no employees in the hotel. The reception office made the worst impression: their workplace is messy, the check out was different every time, the invoice is different every time. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. Noisy at night. On the last night, we hardly slept because the fire alarm went off twice and we had to go outside literally in our pajamas.
Overall our stay was good - the hotel was brand new and the lobby was spacious. However, some of the staff in the night shifts were not the most welcoming, the toilet paper and tissue box were not replaced in our room, the floor of the wellness area (pool) was at times dirty and there were no clean towels replaced. There are a number of different means of transport which are convenient to get you directly to Paris du Nord and Arc de Triomphe by bus.
Séjour magique au Yac hotel. Une experience client au petits soins. Des attentions bien réalisées dans le cadre d'un anniversaire. Et puis la chambre douche italienne, lit super confortable grande tv et le plus une terrasse! Ma copine et moi avons passé un excellent séjour nous vous en remercions :-)

The room is a bit small (per North American standards) but it was very clean and bed was perfect.

Bel endroit, superbe décoration, lieu calme et discret. Mais personnel très peu formé, beaucoup de difficultés durant notre check-in et notre check-out
