London Gate No1 - Donnini Apartments

The apartment was beautifully decorated and very well appointed though it lacked a dishwasher which would’ve completed the kitchen perfectly.

There was some damage to the kitchen floor which I hadn’t expected, (well you don’t when renting a property) and some mould in the en-suite tiling.

This apartment was a real home from home. Everything you needed was provided. Great communication from the host. Was visiting family locally and didn't want to stay in a soulless hotel. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Could benefit from an "info booklet" for appliances etc. Some items had been missed on the cleaning front (fridge and kitchen cupboard) but nothing major.

Perfect apartment. Feels like being at home with a young family. Not a hotel feel.

Memory foam mattress on bed not very comfortable. Not what I’m used to and first use of a memory foam mattress. Could not find/ no use of iron or ironing board

Staff sent lovely Dawn and David to fix the Boiler as we had no hot water on first night. Then another man had to come as the heating hadn't come on the next morning. Most problems resolved quickly.

Oh problem with no hit water or heating. Everything else was great. Helpful staff who were Most responsive.

It was massive I didn’t want to leave my 6 year old boy loved it having his own room to sprawl like a king and slept great. Ideal location for us visiting family close to amenities. I loved having an en-suite I totally didn’t even realise it was there at first so was a lovely surprise. Spacious everything we needed and more. We felt so at home and comfortable.
