Blue Paloma Bed & Breakfast

Staying at the Blue Paloma was like staying with family. Andrea, Mark,Melissa, Conroy and Ken made our visit exceptional. We booked the accessible room and it made my husband's visit very comfortable. No request was refused, they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. We enjoyed the excellent Jamaican breakfast every morning, the fruits from the property, especially for him, the Nesseberry. Thanks Markie for the jelly coconut. Thanks for the tips to get into town ( a 7 minutes walk) and the recommendations for restaurants in town for dinner. We enjoyed just chilling on the veranda off our room listening to the rain or the veranda out front. If u r looking for a place just to relax and chill, the Blue Paloma is the place. We will definitely be back, planning the next trip as I write this review.

The place was very clean and easy to access. The host made was very welcoming and made me feel at home. The host went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and was very accommodating. I even enjoyed a night out with the host and their family. Highly recommended if you are looking for something away from the tourist areas.

You definitely need a car or you spend money on a taxi. Walking anywhere is very challenging and not safe, especially after dark.

BLUE PALOMA B&B in Lucea, Jamaica was an amazing experience. We stayed over a week in that wonderful place and were treated like Queens. The B&B itself is a large home surrounded by tropical trees with 10 spacious beautiful rooms, equipped with AC and fans. Beds are very comfortable, rooms are attended daily, and our 2 Queen beds room had a large balcony over looking the pool. Breakfast (included) was a feast of fresh fruits, fresh juices and local cuisine, different every day, and cooked to order. The pool was perfect, surrounded by tropical trees and featuring lounge chairs and a covered gazebo. The place was spotless, no matter what time of day, someone was alway cleaning or sweeping... ANDREA, the owner of this jungle gem was as kind as she could be, helping us navigate the different spots to visit in the area. We had rented a car, drove everywhere we could, and almost could'nt... (a little parenthesis about the roads...except for the main highway A1, they are awful and riddled with holes, but hat's another issue) OUR STAY at Blue Paloma was TOPS and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. It's located in between Montego bay and Negril, and if you like to drive around, it's the PERFECT SPOT to visit Jamaica. ONE LOVE !!! ❤️💚
