Everything I liked about justa Rasa and Rishikesh Hospitality specifically I would like to mentioned here.

My stay in Rishikesh was nothing less than magical. Super room,excellent food and evert smiling and happy staff. The icing on the cake was Vijay who took care of the minutest of details to make our stay a super experience. Whether it was the Aarti or high tea or the surprise candle light dinner.GM Naveen was marvellous arranging everything in place

I had a very disappointing experience at this resort and would strongly advise against booking it based on the following points: 1. Definitely not a 5-star property as claimed. The place looks unfinished and poorly maintained — unpressed and stained bedsheets, insects in the room, a sliding door mirror that comes off, and a washroom with a constant foul smell. 2. Terrible road access – the approach road to the resort is in extremely bad condition for nearly 10 km, making the journey very uncomfortable. 3. No functional bar – though they advertise one, they don’t serve liquor. Guests end up bringing their own alcohol and drinking openly around the property. 4. No peace or ambience – after 7 PM they blast cheap music and call it a “party.” If you’re looking for a serene getaway, this is the opposite of that. 5. No actual Ganges view – instead, there’s just a dirty patch with stray dogs and empty bottles lying around. 6. Overpriced for what it offers – for the same price, you can book Lemon Tree, which is far cleaner, better managed, and truly delivers on comfort and service. Overall, this resort is misleadingly marketed and fails on every front of hospitality. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a quality or relaxing stay.

We had a very good time in this property .we enjoyed alot..we experienced a quality time I ever had .all amenities are there,staff survice is quite good,so I must say you guys please stay in property atleast once..Last but not least that one thing which I want to mention here regarding hospitality is about Mr neeraj prashad ,he is really very friendaly , very professional very familiar with customers.
