A very central location right bang in the middle of the night market. Spacious room and bathroom. Helpful staff. Good western breakfast available.

The bathroom was a wet room which meant the floor was wet in the morning until housekeeping made up the room. A flat rubber scraper in the bathroom would have been helpful to remove excess water on the floor

The hotel is quite central, but for this price and value - so are a lot of other options!

We booked a suite with city view on 25m2. The room was not 25m2 and the so called city view was a sump and a construction yard. After complaining the staff explained to us that “city view” means the room has a window as they also have rooms without window. We did not agree to this definition and they therefor changed room. But the new room had as the staff phrased it “partly city view” and then hen pointed at one building at the very right corner of the window and said “that building is in the city”.. still no city view as we where used to when you book a suit with city view. They explained to have a better or full city view we had to pay more… - shower is right over toilet, disgusting..

Nothing. I will not stay even if a good location.

I come at 9am to try to checkin and the staff say need to wait until 2pm or pay extra 20% of the current payment for early check in which is understandable. The staff scanned mine and all my families ID. I asked the staff if they need anything else from us (only one can understand English and she not that good). The staff said that all. I repeat myself a few times, are you sure and I get the same reply all OK. We come back about 6pm to checkin and now they asked for extra documents which we left behind at my family home. Trouble is the family members at home don’t know what they looking for (2 over 60s elderly they don’t know what travel documents is). Long story short we eventually got the documents but with confusion, time wasted and rushed from 2 elderly at home to take a photos then send it to me. It nearly took about over a hour. We all tried from our day trip which we woke up at 4am travel to Da Lat on 3 hours van trip. Then we do our own tour until 6pm ((can’t check in until 2pm). All we want to go to our hotel room with few heavy things carrying. We thinking can we even get the hotel room and might have to look for a new hotel. The main issued is the staff didn’t informed me at 9am that those extra documents is needed or we have 8 hours to look for it. Instead we rushed on most tried time causing lots of issues for my family members both at home and with me which they all relay on me for the hotel booking. This is not the end of it, the rooms don’t have air conditioner unit. The room feels hot. I booked 3 rooms only one have a tower fan. It not wroth the money for the location, you just get more trouble then it wroth.

Location was superb right next to the market, which became our nightly entertainment. Rooms were big n clean. Breakfast was ok, standard.

There were no ACs in the room, n no ventilation system so it was stifling! We were forced to open the big balcony windows. But then we got motorcycle and loud karaoke every night! The staff was nice, but 90% couldn’t speak English. So they couldn’t help us with booking tours or massages.

Hot water wasn't consistent

The location was perfect, as the hotel was right in the Dalat market & night market. Room was relatively small though it looked new and modern. Staff was amazing while breakfast was lovely tasted. One minus point was the bad sound proof as I could hear the outside noise all night.

at first, things seems to be ok at this hotel and I actually was enjoying the experience. however, things took a sharp turn when I notified the hotel that my family and I had an emergency and needed to leave to Hanoi so we would need to check out 1 day earlier, on the 26Sep2022. The receptionist told me that I just needed to contact Booking.com to modify my booking. I called Booking.com and was provided amazing supports, the agent I talked to tried contacting the hotel to ask them to approve the modification to allow me to leave 1 day earlier and be charged for 1 day instead of 2. However, the hotel refused the request and did not approve to let me leave 1 day earlier, not only that, they refused talking to Booking.com agent. After multiple unsuccessful attempts made by booking.com agents, I called and then went to the Reception area of the hotel to talk to their staff trying to get this sorted out. The hotel staff told me that I needed to pay for 2 full nights and then work with Booking.com later to get a refund. However, this is false information and Booking.com’s agent advised me not to do so as they are not able to refund after payment was made as it is at the hotel’s discretionary. While I was talking to the hotel statf, they kept blaming booking.com’s policies that do not allow cancellation or modification to the reservation. I explained to them that Booking.com has no issue with me checking out 1 day earlier but they needed the hotel to approve the request. I then had to make a call to Booking.com again in front of them to show them that Booking.com is waiting for their approval to modify my reservation. I have had to record / film my conversation with the hotel’s staff by my phone and only then, they started cooperating with me and Booking.com and finally agree to approve the request to modify my booking. In the end, I was charged for 1 night as I only stayed for 1 night, but that did not happen easily.
