The breakfast was amazing! And the room very comfortable.

Location. Old property in side street. Comfortable bed. Very hot shower. Excellent breakfast.

Lack of info re facilities..had to ask for wifi,times of breakfast etc. Very little English spoken. Apart from breakfast food fairly indifferent. Was not informed there was a restaurant on the other side of the building! Obviously an event destination. My suite was entered via the stage so it would be very noisy during a wedding,etc.

Die Unterkunft hat uns eine gute Ausgangslage geboten, um Kayseri zu entdecken. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, auch wenn die Kommunikation in Englisch eine Herausforderung war. Gefallen hat uns ausserdem das Frühstück: es wurde uns ein traditionelles, liebevoll zubereitetes Frühstück serviert.

Als Nichtraucher hat uns gestört, dass das Zimmer nach Rauch gerochen hat und sich der Geruch auch in den Kleidern festgesetzt hat.

We liked this area, well taken care of. Breakfast was abundant and the room was nice and special. Parking spot right in front of the hotel.

It was not so easy to find the way to the hotel using online maps.

Aussergewöhnlich gutes Restaurant. Altstadtfeeling kommt im Hotel auf.

Zu wenig Reinigungspersonal für die Anlage nur zwei Personen. Das Personal ist schwierig zu unterscheiden von Gästen. Baustelle direkt um das halbe Hotel herum.

We were not given the junior suite we reserved. Although we loved the room we were given, the bathroom being downstairs was a bit difficult, certainly an issue for older people like us or those not so mobile. Breakfast was good and always served with a smile. The hotel is in a beautiful historic area and within easy walking distance of the castle and other sites.

We booked the junior suite as it stated the outstanding feature of the room is the hot tub. On looking on another booking site this room did not appear to have a hot tub so we wrote to the hotel and asked, they answered that no it doesn't, we asked them to change this misleading quote on Booking.com but they have not done so to date. Most of the staff were friendly except the young lady who checked us in, she only spoke to us to do the formalities but no information proffered about restaurant, breakfast or anything else, even though we can understand Turkish so it was not a language barrier problem. On a positive note, we had to check out and leave the hotel very early to catch a train, the night porter could not have been more helpful, when we called him at reception he quickly unlocked the gates and even rang for a taxi for us when the one we had arranged did not arrive, he carried our bags and we felt nothing was too much trouble for him.
