Bed was comfortable

Air conditioning did not work. We called someone to our room and they still could not get it cold. Our room was so hot! After travelling all day we gave up as it was 1.30am. There was a disgusting smell coming from the drains in the bathroom.

Small things need to be taken care of, like when I asked for shoe polish, which was not available. They could have arranged that at cost. The TV was difficult to turn on/off. I arrived earlier as my flight landed at 7 a.m. To get a room, I had to wait in the lobby for 3 hours.

Breakfast was good, although they had limited option. But food was tasty

Service part needs to improve. I felt, staff was limited and lacking of awareness of the guest requirements.

They helped me to check in early at 10 30am even when the hotel was full as informed by the receptionist. I was waiting in the lobby since 8 30am. His superior did some adjustments and asked him to check me in. Had put an early checkin request after my booking.

The lobby area is too small and uncomfortable, The lift is too small to fit maybe 4 people without luggage and the hotel has a party hall.. Room WIFI and TV was not working. Room was clean. Mattress was too soft. They have problems with the card locks on the main door. Needs to be slammed to close them. Could hear the other doors on the floor also slammed, so not peaceful stay. The rooftop restaurant is a WIP still. Bar and Rest on the ground floor ambience is good but limited food options and average food. Breakfast had limited options. All of the above for 5.1K .. So do you think its value for money????
