A nice friendly couple (ladies) and a good sized room, which was spotless and comfortable. No wardrobe, but all the hooks did the job. I had to get my own Vegan stuff for breakfast, but at least they still offer one, as many don't now. I got to share this with a Vegan couple from Finland, who were also there for the Rebellion Punk festival. One of the other guests was a bit confusing; one day a man, the next day dressed as a woman! 😄 (They knew their music though!) All-in-all, a relaxed, spotless, warm and friendly place to stay.

Hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Lovely homely feel and a good nights sleep in a comfortable bed and no noise despite lots of guests! Breakfast was also lovely. Would definitely stay here again next time I stay in Blackpool.

The owners were very friendly and looked after us very well. The cooked breakfasts were excellent and cooked to order. We will visit again hopefully later this year.

Outstanding value for money, lovely staff, a great breakfast, everything smooth and without fuss. The room is comfortable with good amenities.

Easy check in could check in early. Bed comfy. Room clean . En-suite shower but no toilet. Towels supplied. Breakfast great options. Could do with hand gel in toilets as no sink just to clean your hands till back in your room. Location great to sea front
