Beautiful hotel in a great area. The room was large, clean and very well appointed. Tons of cute wine bars and restaurants in the area and the breakfast at the hotel was delicious.

"Nice place but improvements needed"

The room was lovely and the giant bathroom was fantastic. Beatrice was very gracious and kind.

The breakfast was a disappointment every day. The buffet was under serviced and under stocked. Staff was slow to restock everything, and seemed reluctant to restock anything without being asking for it. Although I knew it was a ‘vegetarian’ breakfast, eggs were offered. Typically, they were cold, overcooked scrambled eggs over a candle to try to keep them warm. I hate yogurt and cereal, so I hoped for some potatoes…nope. They would not put enough of anything out, such as butter for toast, and then seemed angry when we asked for it. Upon request, however, they would prepare fresh eggs for us, though they did not seem happy to do so. The floorboards in our room and throughout the hotel were extremely squeaky. I heard every time the person upstairs took a step, and I’m sure the people below me heard every step I took because the floors were so loud.
