It was clean

After paying one of the higher rates we would’ve expected sauna to be included with the swimming pool but unfortunately there was a further charge for use of sauna which was disappointing.

I think I’ve stayed in every hotel in Sylhet over the years. This hotel is simply outstanding from the time you arrive to the time you check out so Professional so clean if you’re safe and the food is amazing so is the Staff.

The facilities and staff were amazing. Especially Ripon and Jannat. A good selection at breakfast and the smokey grill restaurant was also very impressive. The quality of the coffee in the cafe in the hotel was really good. Overall it was a really good stay and would definitely stay there again if I visit sylhet!

Nice hotel room was clean

Power cuts due to weather. Mosquitos in the cafe and lobby area which I didn't expect in 5 star hotel. Staff not fluent in english so as a bengali I would say communication will be a challenge for any international visitors. Hotel taxi into town was very expensive and should be much cheaper considering how far the hotel is from the main areas.
