Instalación sin mantenimiento y muy poca higiene lástima porque si está muy accesible para andar en el centro y alrededores

the hotel reported that my reservation wasn’t paid when i already paid it while reserving it. it ruined my day and my plans while solving the problem with the worst and most inefficient expedia representative that complicated things more than helping. he couldn’t even contact the hotel to fix the inconvenience. never booking through expedia again.
Desde que viajo a Monterrey se ha vuelto mi hotel favorito, en primera porque es el unico hotel que tiene bote de basura en cada habitacion, mejoraron la seguridad de la puerta (antes se usaba llave) y la ubicacion esta excelente
Su buena ubicación y el excelente trato del personal. Por otra parte creo falta un poco de mantenimiento a las paredes y baños de las habitaciones.
No me gustó que en las fotos se ve mejor de lo que en realidad es, por el precio que pague por cada noche he tenido mejores hoteles.

La reception ne croyait pas que j'avais déjà payé la réservation directement depuis le site. Ils m'ont fait attendre plus d'une heure dans la chaleur sans climatisation pour vérifier le paiement ! Ils ne se sont même pas excusé ! En suite la chambre était complètement différente des photos !
