The air conditioning wasn't working. The receptionist came and explained that there was only one central unit for the entire property, meaning there was no air conditioning in the room, only at the reception desk. The hangers were broken, and pieces of them were lying on the windowsill. The bedside light didn't automatically turn off when turned off (one of the two had a problem with the switch). The window was damaged, and after some time after reporting the problem, a technician came and fixed it. I asked for an iron, but only after reporting it to Booking.com, someone showed interest and brought a DAMAGED iron, which turned out to have a limescale deposit under the steam vents and damaged my white shirt after a short ironing session. There was also a problem with the door lock from the very beginning. In short, the worst possible property I've ever stayed in.

Boa localização, num bairro muito seguro e tranquilo. Quartos espaçosos e confortáveis. Wc equipada com o necessário. O pequeno almoço é servido no cafezinho em frente, que por sinal estava sempre delicioso. Muitos lugares para estacionar perto.

Jacuzzi worked on the balcony

Poor cleaning. Toilet was dirty. Off smell of detergents. 3 coffees for 2nights for 2 people. No water refill. Old ACC unit. No contact with the host. Selfcheckin with an empty envelope no key card inside. Waited 20mins. Host didn’t respond until now. Housekeeper helped us.

Struttura pulita, in centro non proprio sul mare. Colazione molto buona in un locale esterno alla struttura. Host gentilissima.
