The pool was dirty and it’s not possible to swim in it and the sauna and hamam are for separate price. So I think this was false advertisement, we really came for the pool.

We booked evening meal as had planned on walking from cirali. We were very surprised how good the meal was. Lovely balcony in the room to sit out on. Friendly staff and good breakfast.

The aircon didnt work all night and there was a running fan downstairs at the hotel didnt stop all night. Very regretful stay , I wasted my money

Sadly the hotel was in out-of-season mode, meaning the pool was left VERY dirty, the bar, restaurant, and spa not attended. I felt very wronged that I was charged so much for only half of the experience. I wish I had stayed next door (where we had to go for dining) as their hotel was actually open. Really disappointing for the amount that I paid.

- unclean bathroom, black mold could be found in multiple places (see photos) - broken bathroom utilities, e.g. toilet paper holder, missing toothbrush glass holder (see photos) - sauna facility closed down, when asked if possible to heat it up for us the answer was that it is broken and they don't even know why it is broken - Nobody at reception, you need to call Turkish phone number and wait until someone shows up for check in, check out, any questions, etc. Happened 3 times to us and observed once for other hotel guest - Some reception staff members do not speak English, then you are left with Google Translate on your phone - the TV in the room turn on automatically every time when you enter the room with noisy Turkish TV channel

In general, it is a good hotel with a nice swimming pool, spa area and location (quiet but central). We slept vey well on the bed. And the staff was nice and friendly. We especially recommend the massage and hamam package! We had a very professional masseur and could spend a long time in the hamam, the sauna and the pool. We used the fitness room which was well-equipped. And the breakfast is delicious and with a wide variety.

We got an end-of-season price for our stay and we definitely would not have paid more than that. Unfortunately, the hotel has some flaws. The worst thing was the bathrooms, which need a major makeover. The smell of mold in the bathroom was overwhelming in our room. It was so strong that we couldn‘t leave the bathroom door open or the whole room smelled like old mold. The faucet, toilet, and toilet seat were loose and moved around. The showerhead hose was leaky in the second room. The soap dispenser is super old and shabby and the soap in it was basically water. We caught a cockroach in the shower. And there were about 10 shower gel and schampoo bottles in our shower, many of them half-empty (it seems like they just dump all their old used bottles for the guests to use up…at least it‘s no-waste!). The rooms are generally too tiny for two people with two luggages. Even one luggage hardly fitted on the bench for the suitcase when opened. The minibar has no protective door and the light from the fridge would keep you from sleeping if we hadn‘t plugged it off. The fitness room, although well-equipped, is poorly maintained. Spiderwebs and flakes of the ceiling on the weights and equipment scattered around. The jacuzzi was already empty. The staff was not around when we arrived, and although we didn’t have to wait for long, it happened again with the next guest after us. Overall, we could notice that it‘s the end of the season.
