Friendly and responsive staff. Wi-Fi. They changed my room by request and did not charge me for the time when hamam was turned off.

Small bathroom. No teapot in a room.

The costumer service was fantastic. The team really tried their best to make us feel comfortable and welcome. The food was delicious and home cooked. There several moments where we had the pool exclusive for us to use. The allocated beach beds in the seaside was great. It was part of Cafe/Bar which also provided refreshments at a cost

Tekirova is far away from any of the tourist attractions we wanted to go to. Antalya airport is also far away from the hotel. We had to pay additional for taxi pick up and drop off. The hotel offered us much more expensive taxi which is the going price in Tekirova but found a cheaper one in Antalya. The local buses were awful, crowded late nights to Kemer and irregular. We waited for the bus for an hour to take us to Olympus in the heat due to taxi's being quite expensive for us. So travel become quite a bit of issue with the only choice being the taxi.

I loved everything.

to start with, an administrator wanted us to pay 160€ instead of 110€ that were on booking.com. After I show him my booking, he agreed to take 110€. Than, a bathroom in our room was horrible. The door didn’t close because the doorspot was broken and fixed BY BANDAGE!!! Against this backdrop hairs everywhere, dirty and broken ceiling in the bathroom, lack of blankets is nothing. by the way breakfast was meager.

super clean and comfortable. the staff were really friendly (Doruk was so helpful and kind). the pool is lovely and the spa facilities are very good.

Kaldığımız oda güzeldi balkonlu ve salıncağı vardı keyifliydi fakat biraz küçüktü. Temizlik mükemmel değil ama iyiydi. Genel olarak memnun kaldık

Clean room.

Dinner included is a fixed menu, which it didn’t say in advance. Location wasn’t great either. There was a wasp nest in one of the bathroom vents.
