De drukke weg met losliggende putdeksel, maar daar kan de eigenaar niks aan doen.

PTO pequeno-almoço era bom, mais que suficiente e, muito importante, fresco todas as manhãs! Além de que se adaptaram sem problemas aos meus horários e fizeram-me o favor de o entregar mais cedo do que o habitual, todas as manhãs!

Wir hatten einen kurzfristigen Parkplatz gebucht,musste sofort bezahlt werden, für die sofortige Zahlung wurde uns ein falscher Parkplatz zugewiesen. Die Liege im Wohnzimmer war für eine erholsame Nacht nicht geeignet. Wir hatten den Aufenthalt mit Frühstück gebucht, aber auf Nachfrage war das nicht im Preis enthalten.

They asked me to send our passport information before our arrival, which made me uncomfortable. I’ve traveled extensively and never had to do that. They insisted and when I asked them to meet us at our arrival, they said yes but they never came. They also sent a tutorial video to show how to open the door and the video had a missing part, which made it really hard to open it and it took so long for us to figure this out. If a staff came and met us, it would’ve been much better.
