A spacious property would like to return again with extended family group. Great facilities, kitchen was well equipped could easily cater for group. Good communication from owners always helpful. Not in the main historical district but had plenty of places to buy food or eat also easy and cheap to get transport. View of football stadium.

The residence seemed to be very accessible to other areas.

HORRIBLE customer service. Within 15 minutes of entering the residence, my wife went to sit down on the couch. As she sat down the armrest completely detached from the couch. It was obvious a previous guest damaged the couch and attempted (poorly) to re-attach the armrest. My wife is incredibly fit, active and never encountered an issue like this before. After reporting this incident to the property manager, immediately, the property management team expressed ZERO empathy and weirdly attempted to create a narrative that we simply did not like the residence and that we should have "researched the area." In response, I explained, REPEATEDLY, the area was not the issue - my wife falling and injuring her neck/shoulder area was the issue. Immediately sent photos of the couch and displaced rug (caused by the fall) to the property manager. Again, the property management team offered ZERO empathy and merely said we'll send a maintenance person to fix the couch. Ultimately, my family and I exited the residence (within 30 minutes of entering the residence), informed the property management team that we were cancelling our stay and finding a SAFE residence. Subsequently, the property management team made ZERO effort to check on my wife or ask if they could accommodate us by assisting with finding an alternative residence. In fact they were rude and became accusatory (without merit). Any attempts to refute this chain of events, can and will be easily combated with saved, exchanged messages between the property management team and me. It's important to note: all other residences/experiences during this trip were amazing.

Un apartament molt nou, molt ben equipat amb electrodomèstics, habitacions grans per 4 persones, el personal comunica per wapps però estan molt atens i l’atenció és molt correcta

Podríem dir que sols li faltaria estar una mica més aprop del centre històric però Uber funciona Molt bé i no hi ha problema
