Mountain Aire Inn Sevierville - Pigeon Forge

Parking right outside our room, excellent air conditioning.

Could use a little updating.

This property is just as advertised it appears older than some but it’s very clean! It has such a charming appearance and in a great spot!

Our air condition could not keep up with the insane heat so it made it very want in the hotel room. Not their fault at all! The heat index was in the 100s

The price, though only for one night, was really good.

You have to travel a little bit to get to Sevierville, and getting in and out could be a bit better.

Older but very clean rooms. And the price per night is a great value

The bed was not very comfortable but it wasn’t horrible.

The bed was hard. Was charged $100 fee for a deposit if room was smoked in. They took the money and never returned the deposit. The charge, as they stated, never happened, yet when mentioning it had cleared on my credit card, they refused to return the money along with stating the charged never happened. Been dealing with issue for 2 weeks and they still haven't returned the money. Bad business practice and definitely won't be returning to this particular hotel. Reported charge on my credit card as fraudulent since they are refusing to follow through with reimbursing/refund the $100 deposit.

Room was clean. Bed was pretty comfortable. Great location near everything.

The location was good

I was given a 2nd floor room with no elevator. I am 76 and it was very difficult for me to take my luggage upstairs requiring 2 trips. The room was nice enough. There were two tvs with no remote, and a telephone that was just a prop (not hooked up). When I told the front desk, the lady was very unhappy and went into another room where she brought out a box full of remotes and sarcastically asked "Why didn't you come and ask for one?, where I said I couldn't ho and down those stairs one more time.
