Appartamento pulito,confortevole,bello e tenuto bene,in zona centrale comodissima,con i servizi mezzi sotto casa!! Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Posizione ottimale

Internet debole, inutile proprio, ho dovuto usare hotspot del mio cellulare. Mi è stato addirittura chiesto di buttare la spazzatura giornalmente (mai successo in anni di viaggi). Inoltre avevo chiesto di rimanere poco di più delle 10:00 per poter conciliare al meglio il viaggio di ritorno ma non mi è stato permesso perché c’era un altro check-in alle… 15:00!!!

Great location in Via Etnea. No additional sheets or towels unless you pay for it. ( 20 days stay). Storage area by the wash machine looks like a storage for handyman. Had to buy a broom. The one provided was very dirty. Construction workers for a week in the stairwell. Which caused a lot of dust and no one notified me for the inconvenience… balcony had spikes for keeping away pigeons. But unfortunately had poop on it. Pretty nasty. Overall i made the best out of all. I suggest the proprety manager to walk the property seem like the place has a lot of things left behind. Such as rollled up carpet. Large TV. Bags item used to fixed things in the house ect ect. All placed on top of shelves by the wash machine.

** Spaciousness of apartment. ** Walking distance to Catania's major historic and cultural attractions. ** Security of apartment. ** l left the bathroom and apartment much cleaner than l had found it upon check-in. ** Catania is a fantastic city to explore with historical and cultural attractions, creative arts exhibitions and amazing street food.

NEGATIVES ** This holiday apartment was managed by CleanB&B Catania, who were hostile, unapologetic and didn't even respond to my email re defects. ** Dirty bathroom with soap scum and hairs left in the shower and on the shower soap dish ** Bathroom needs deep clean maintenance such as the loose towel rail fiixed. ** Flthy dusty sheet left in wardrobe (which Agency Staff collected after calling re maintenance - but was unapologetic and hostile). ** Somebody else's washing had been left on washing line. ** Lounge door mosquito net was ripped which was pointed out to me on check-in. However, Agency Staff denied existence of defect when l contaced them to say it wouldn't pull down. ** Had to call out Agency Staff again as atomatic gas hob lighter wasn't working and no matches or manual gas lighter had been left. ** No oven gloves nor tea towels provided. ** No welcome pack left, not even a bottle of water. In contrast whenever l have stayed in an owner-managed Sicilian Apartment, owners leave water, cookies and sometimes a bottle of wine.

Perfect location, just next to Villa Bellini, beautiful, cozy home, it feels like you are at home, really:)
