It used to be clean and nice.

My room was infested with fleas! They were jumping all over the place. New room had clogged sink full of gunk and hair that didn’t drain, dirty bathroom, especially the floor and in the shower. Bad smell in the hotel overall. Carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced.

Upon checking in the young lady that helped me was awesome. Wonderful customer service.

The air in the room did not work very well and there was no blackout shade on the window only a thin curtain and the sun went right through it.

Everything! Bright & clean, smelled good, always great temperature, wonderful breakfast (scrambled or boiled eggs, sausage, yogurt, waffles, juices, cereals, milk, various danish rolls, toast. They served Seattle's Best coffee and had small flavored creamers available all day. Coffee maker in room was a Keurig. The workers were all super friendly. The elevator was smooth and available quickly. Very quiet - never heard any outside or inside noises! A/C in room was perfect. Bed and pillows were comfortable. (Even several support sizes of pillows were available on each bed!) Shower, towels and soaps/shampoos were wonderful. Lots of parking every time we came and went. The best motel we've experienced for the price range!

Cozy, staff was friendly, easy check-in ans out. love the overal vibe of the hotel. The bathroom was spotless and there is good parking.

My only complaint is that there was a few spots the cleaners missed on the head board and wall, kinda looked like blood droplets. And the picture in the bathroom was cracked.
