Everything was excellent cleaning room definitely come back.

We arrived late due to a flight delay and made sure to apologize upon check-in. Initially, the staff was very welcoming and graceful, which we appreciated. However, the experience changed when we requested a room change because there was standing water by the door, causing an unpleasant mildew smell. The room itself was underwhelming—there were no closets, just a small rack with four hangers, and no dresser or place to properly unpack our luggage for a week-long stay. This made it difficult to settle in and feel comfortable. Unfortunately, the manager was not accommodating regarding these issues. On the positive side, the cleaning staff was excellent—friendly, thorough, and consistent—even though we made an effort to clean up after ourselves. The view from the inn was beautiful, but the beach area was disappointing. It seemed poorly maintained, with dying trees and noticeable debris, which detracted from the overall ambiance. Sadly, despite some positives, we would not recommend Bella Surf Inn based on our experience.

We really enjoyed our stay. Loved the view from our balcony. I was able to see the sunrise from it. 🌅 Great service, clean room, access to wifi and the air conditioner worked great! The bathroom was modern and the beds were really comfortable. We highly recommend this place. 💕

I go to Isabela for work at least once a year and always stay here. It’s right on the beach and the staff is amazing.

We were very disappointed with our stay. The listing was misleading—this is not a 3-star property. The room had unfinished concrete floors, no hot water, non-working amenities like the hot tub, and a generally run-down appearance. Most concerning, anytime water was used anywhere in the building, our toilet gurgled and splashed, which was extremely unsanitary. Not worth the cost.
