The 1 possitive...the rooms were clean. However, they booked us on the 2nd floor, but NO elevator! I was not impressed with the 'hot' breakfast..not much of a selection. We were there for a funeral and unsure of the time my family would arrive... they arrived much earlier than expected. We had secured other arrangements with a friend and tried to cancel. The manager wouldn't even call us back, he had the front desk person relay his message and wouldn't budge on even a partial refund. Will not stay at this location again.

"wonderful managment"

Jonathan is wonderful. He remembered me from my last visit in june of 2023. Happy to have a friendly person greet me at check in and esnure my comfort. I asked for extra pillows and he delivered them to my room instead of having me wait in the lobby for htem.

"Nice"

The staff was nice and helpful. The hotel was clean.

This was the most expensive hotel we stayed at during our 18 day trip. This was surprising as the town of Springfield is a small depressed area.
