Great location

Excellent time during Fasching

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay here. It’s in a great location and our room and kitchenette was well equipped. The only info I would share for others is that an eye mask and ear plugs are 100% essential! The hallway light remains on full and a lot of light came in under the door and window blinds. We had a floor 1 room and people were constantly slamming the front door at all hours, chatting loudly to each other all the way to their rooms and the stairs are concrete so quite loud. Without the earplugs they kindly supplied we wouldn’t have had much sleep.

One level up from a hostel. Did not get check in email until requested. No cards to register at from door/lobby (person on staff had ONE job) leaving us and multiple other guests unable to access our rooms. Phone lock never worked. Location was great right in the middle of town and less than a 15 min walk to train station. Room was as promised.

Staying at the Lubo was so fun. Felt homey with spacious rooms and kitchen amenities. The location was perfect for us with the ability to walk almost everywhere we went.

Great hotel

Disappointing experience. Very noisy so sleep was constantly disturbed. Everything seems to echo in the hotel. The walls are thin. The layout and construction of the hotel is conducive to amplifying noise. Noise from other guests in their rooms (scraping furniture, flushing toilets etc) doors slamming, the street, and from hotel hallways etc made it a poor stay. Lack of staff or any form of presence from the hotel seems to encourage poor behaviour from other guests. Loads of random people hanging around the entrance to the hotel and there seemed to be people running up and down the stairs and floors at all hours. Honestly not a light sleeper but there was something about the noise during this stay that put me off. Rest of room was ok. No water included in room. No clear check out instructions - turns out you just chuck your card in a box. I get the self check in but leaving a sign on your bed that reads "Cancel your cleaning" makes the hotel appear that its trying to do everything cheaply. Cancel was the first word I read so negative connontations.

The apartment was very nice and the location was great! We could not get the internet to work and to try to access the WiFi, I had to agree to a lot of snooping and marketing crap! After I agreed, the WiFi still didn’t work! Seemed like an unnecessary scam.

Best location! The Lubo was near the Chapel Bridge and <10 min walk from the station, however if you are travelling with luggage you many need to carry up and down the flight of stairs near the Chapel Bridge if you don't want to take a detour. You are right in the old town surrounded by main attractions and shops yet the hotel is tucked away in a quiet area. Check-in/out process is all digitised via the phone with key passes to the building directly accessible via the phone. The digital key pass to our room did not work so we obtained physical passes from the tablet at the main entrance. Lift access is available at the side alley which is needed for luggages, albeit a bit tiny. The room was modern, however tiny which every space utilised. Facilities is lacking with no bar fridge or in room kettle but our room had 4 safes...The bathroom is small, in particular the shower and the shower screen does not completely close. Overall a good stay for 1 or 2 nights if you only need a place to sleep.
