Amazing Location, Amazing Views and Amazing Staff & Hospitality! The location is perfect and is right where the stairs are that so many people come just to take beautiful pictures. It’s also where all the shops/restaurants and main bus station is! Definitely will be back!

This is a lovely property with amazing views of the sunset. We had booked the comfort double room (room 101). My only problem was the location of this room, which is up a steep flight of stairs past reception and the breakfast kitchen and bar. Because of this, it is very difficult to sleep past 6:30 in the morning when they start preparing breakfast as all surfaces are stone and the sound bounces and echoes. The window shutters also don’t close so you need to shut them by piling pillows against them, otherwise the lights from the terrace below will shine in. If you are light sleeper or still fighting jet lag, both of these may interrupt your sleep. Otherwise the location is perfect and the owners and operators are so lovely.

A beautiful spot to stay in Santorini. Close to everything but away from hustle and bustle. Staff were lovely and very accommodating. Would have loved to have stayed longer!

Everything is 5 star in review! Location, location, location! Loved everything, friendly staff, beautiful view, great breakfast and much more! The mom - son owner/mangers are very friendly and helpful! They can help you get the plan together for sightseeing and other activities in and around Fira! Our room was on the very bottom floor and we did not hear any noise from the street! The grotto swimming pool was a big hit with kids, after a long day in such hot weather outside! All photos were taken from the little balcony we had!
