I was excited to stay at the hotel, after reading the reviews online. The staff was very helpful, Donna was great to make sure we were able to get a room as early as possible as we had arrived well before the check in time and traveling with a two year old. Valentino was helpful with everything else drinks and etc. the sunsets were amazing, the restaurants and shopping was very close. however the room, 105, wasn’t quite as I expected per the photos online. I definitely wouldn’t use the word upscale as part of the description.The sink was loose from the wall, you could see the crack in the sealant, the shower curtain didn’t wrap around to enclose the shower. I wanted to love the room but I didn’t even want to shower in that bathroom.
We enjoyed our Stay. The staff was excellent: Valentino, Donna, and the tall lady who prepared breakfast ( sorry, I forgot her name). Also, to stay in Fira was the best decision.

The property is a gem. Very accessible to everything, staff are welcoming, helpful, and they make you feel at home. Donna who is the owner with her staff Christina and Val responds to all our request in a timely manner. Friendly and yet very professional. The property is more than what I expected. Nice view, on the caldera, and not much steps to climb up and down. Service is superb! Highly recommend this hotel. You won't regret it. Thank you Donna and staff!!

We felt well taken care of by Dona and her staff. Very clean, friendly and beautiful views. A beautiful sunset without going to Oia if you want. Relaxing and the feeling of coming home after a busy day. We highly recommend!!
The property is very walkable and in an ideal location to go to either ends of the island. Area is picturesque and safe. The property owner does go above and beyond to make the stay comfortable and her staff are very friendly, making sure you have anything you need. Val who mans the front desk and bar is so helpful, carrying our luggage up and down the steep staircase, bringing us coffee to our private terrace at night. He is a true asset to the hotel.
