La casa ha troppe poche stoviglie molto basiche, non c'e in nessuna camera aria condizionata non c'e lavastoviglie e neanche lavatrice, gli spazi interni sono troppo piccoli per una famiglia di 5 persone. Prezzo troppo alto per i servizi che offre.

The accommodation is in a great location just outside of Vela Luka, offering a stunning view of the bay. The rooms were clean and cozy, and we loved having access to a small, almost private pier—perfect for swimming in the sea and sunbathing.

We really enjoyed our stay, so there's not much to complain about—if anything, the mattresses were a bit too soft for our personal preference.

Beautiful, very clean, decent accommodation, in a wonderful location! The view of the nearby small island is also beautiful. The owners are very nice people! Dog-friendly place, with lockable, solid gates both from the road and the sea, so the dog could not wander away! The owners thought of this too! The gates are illuminated, but a flashlight on the stairs be useful in the evening. The barbecue is located on the side of the house in a shady place, next to a very beautiful myrtle bush, it is really pleasant here in the afternoon and evening. There are fragrant laurel, lavender, rosemary, anise, sage and olive trees next to the terrace. The outdoor shower is perfect, there is also a hose, so it is easy to bathe the SUP and the dog! The boiler worked perfectly, there was always hot water. We had moostly enough space on the private beach in the shade at noon. Access to the water is also good. The internet works well. The sunbeds on the terrace are very comfortable! The parking was also good. There is space for two cars. It may be occupied by people coming to the beach and tavern next door, so the private sign should always be clearly visible and then everything will be fine! A little modernization would be good, I'm thinking of a refrigerator and mattresses. We missed the air conditioning quite a bit... the summers have been very hot lately, let's hope they install it soon... My husband and I spent a week here. In the meantime, we would like to go back in a bit cooler weather.

Overall, a very nice accommodation, but the shading of the terrace is not solved. The stone gets very hot because the sun shines there all day and there is only little shade. This could be solved very easily with extra sunshades on the part of the terrace under the polycarbonate cover. An extra parasol on the beach would have been useful too. In the afternoon there is only shade on the side of the house.

We came back this year after such a nice holiday last year. It is a nice house in a lovely location. You can rent a boat or jetski in town and kayaks at the restaurant next to the house. Very clean accommodation and very friendly hosts. We would definitely come back again if we get the chance to.

Some things could be upgraded like the fridge, kitchen utensils and mattresses. Just a suggestion, not criticising.

It was a really nice house at a lovely location. The best part was that it has its own platform down by the water so you can go in the water bottles whenever you want and can also lay there to sunbathe. There are also steps into the water which were good for our dog to get in and out. The closest small beach is a 5min walk, you can even see it from the platform at the house. It’s just a 10min drive to the port of Vela Luka and there was always parking available. It says on here that there is no WIFI but there now is which is also a plus!

There is already a ‘Private’ sign by the parking so maybe also put a ‘Private’ sign at the top of the stairs at the house because some people came down to try and use the platform to sunbathe and go in the water.
