JOST Hôtel Bordeaux Centre Gare Saint Jean

Comfortable but a bit out of the way

Location was a 15 minute walk from train station. Entry of hotel was not at street level so it was a little difficult to find at night. Over all the coffee area with water station was very nice to have.

I stayed at this hotel and had a bracelet stolen from my bag.They checked the security camera footage but were unable to find the culprit.I would recommend not staying at this hotel.

Propreté médiocre, pas de chaise et bureau pour bosser, rien pour poser la valise, carafe d’eau sale, miroir et bitres sales

Beaucoup trop bruyant avec les voies de chemin de fer au pied de l'hôtel.

Great hotel, quirky decor and handy to the train station

Vi hade otur att poolen var stängd, enligt uppgift hela veckan, trots att det var 20+ grader. När vi kom tillbaka till rummet på kvällen gick vår dörr inte att öppna varken med något av våra nyckelkort eller med huvudnyckelkortet som nattpersonalen hade, de var tvungna att leta fram en fysisk nyckel. Totalt tog det 50 minuter att komma in i rummet, nästan midnatt när det var klart. Hotellet bjöd på frukost som kompensation. Det luktade lite skumt vid hissen, men rummen var fräscha. Inget handfat vid toaletten utan det var i sovrummet, istället för skrivbord. Ligger extremt nära tågrälsen vid stationen, men vi stördes inte av tågljud.
