The property was attractive and the rooms each had a nice unique design. The courtyard was closed at night and security kept an eye on the door so it felt safe. The room and the property were very clean and tidy.

There was no breakfast provided for guests, but we were told it was because they didn't have the staff available during the off season. However, they also did not provide any coffee, even though they had all the supplies to do so, and there were at least two or three people there all day (just looking at their phones, mostly). My mornings started very early, because I had to commute to a conference location, so not having coffee or breakfast was a big disappointment and added another 30-40 minutes to my morning. The bed was quite uncomfortable with big depressions on each side from a lot of use, and the room did get warm even with the window open and there was no fan provided, so we really didn't sleep well during our stay. The Wi-Fi was almost never working. We would never choose to stay here again.

The rooms were very comfortable. A basic hotel. Great Hot Water, Newly renovated, Clean. The Staff was Excellent!!!

It was a very basic hotel., No real amenities at all. Just rooms.

I really liked the property. my only negative comment would be that the noise from other guests traveled through the whole complex. but overall very pleasant stay!

Room was clean and great size. Staff was very helpful.

I’m not sure how this property received its 3.5 star rating as there was not much in the way of amenities. There was no air conditioning or heating, restaurant and bar that was claimed had to be ordered well in advance with specific times, no pool, and on site parking was over a block away. On the positive side the hotel was clean , cute and neat with great staff.
