We spent our last night in Sri Lanka at Ishq and shaved we could stay more. It was the perfect place to end our trip. The building and its decor were stunning, with the attention to detail flawless. A truly great place with very attentive staff.

"Beste hotel ooit in Sri Lanka"

Bijzonder smaakvol ingericht. Hele mooie kamers, mooie binnentuin, prachtige meubels, alles is even mooi ingericht. Warme fijn ruimtes. Heerlijk om "thuis" te komen. Top ontbijt. je krijgt een butler toegewezen, dat vind ik wat overdreven maar ze zijn ontzettend zorgzaam.

Misschien een haakje in de badkamer om de handdoeken op te hangen. En een spiegel die wat uitvergroot? Zo een ronde? Ik heb een leesbril en kan me niet meer zo goed opmaken.

"An outstanding boutique choice in a nice part of Colombo"

We loved the boutique style at Ishq. The personalised service from Dhanushka was fantastic - he introduced himself as our Butler and definitely played that role perfectly. The Sri Lankan breakfast was delicious. Parking on site was excellent and safely off the street. The pool and jacuzzi were nice and we appreciated being able to use the shower mid afternoon before flying after a hot day exploring Colombo.

There was very little we didn't like here! Pricing is obviously on the steep side for Sri Lanka, however Ishq manages the personalised, high quality service to justify this.

"Prachtig luxueus en rustig hotel"

Het hotel is een parel in Colombo. Verscholen achter een hek kom je in het paradijs, prachtig interieur, ruime mooie kamers en tuin, volledige rust, heerlijk eten en een persoonlijke assistent in de persoon van Asanga, die voor je welzijn zorgt en alles regelt wat jouw verblijf uitstekend maakt. Ik was graag langer gebleven.

"Superb stay!"

Absolutely amazing place! The whole villa and room were beautiful. Our room was big and spacious with a big bathroom. Our bed was super comfortable and the breakfast was extraordinary! Can't recommend enough. And thank you Darshana for making sure we had a marvelous stay!
