Le personnel était génial

La chambre était correcte. Le point le plus décevant reste le petit-déjeuner : aucun réassort n’était effectué et il n’y avait pratiquement plus rien à manger. Le buffet était vide, ce qui est inadmissible pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. Par ailleurs, l’établissement est très bruyant, avec beaucoup d’enfants et d’animation. Si vous recherchez le calme et le repos, passez votre chemin : il est difficile de se détendre dans ces conditions. Très déçue de mon séjour.

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Ashley Tanah Abang - thank you to Tarisa, Vicky, and Jenifer for the warm welcome. They were so welcoming when I came in and prepared a beautiful room for me with a nice drawing on the mirror and decorations on my bed (very cute bag which I used around Jakarta). The hotel breakfast is also very good - mix of Western and Indonesian food. The hotel is stunning and clean and I would definitely stay here again! Terima kasih!

I thought room would be slightly bigger but still a good size for a solo traveler like me

Der Pool war leider oft von Kindern belegt. Das Frühstücksbuffet könnte umfangreicher sein.
