For a room this expensive we should NOT have had to make up our own beds, strip the bed and room to put everything in a laundry basket. The location was okay, but there was no type of on site services. The restaurant staff was the once’s helping. The fire alarm kept going off in the middle of the night and took awhile to turn off because there was no one on site.

Quiet and clean

It was a nice room and the pub was really nice. The food was awesome as well.

It was a serviceable room for the family, but the mattresses are worn and left us with a backache the next day. Showers were decent. Our room was on the ground floor and there was someone on the first floor running around until after midnight and we could hear every step. Some young girls filmed a TikTok video outside our window at 10pm, but left when we told them we were trying to sleep. Listening to “Footloose” over and over was unpleasant.

I liked the fact the rooms have private bathrooms and showers

Overall lovely property but annoying having to make own beds on arrival.

We enjoyed the property and the price point… And the fact for a small family we got to all have our own bed. Interesting enough there was no TV however a great view. Staff were amazing.

Very modern and the place is spotless. Restaurant very good also, friendly staff. Was in a shared room but fortunately i was the only one booked for that night so had a better sleep than I'd expected! Nice hot shower in the morning too. Urquhart castle is an easy half an hour's walk so very convenient. Highly recommend
