The properly was amazing. They had a gorgeous pizzeria on site which was great value. The pool was so clean and staff were constantly around, really friendly and helpful. Room itself was big, clean and very good AC

Location felt a little bit isolated! But maybe that’s just the town itself!

Struttura molto rilassante e accogliente, dormito solo due notti per salire sul vulcano. Colazione ottima e varia a buffet. Ottime uova scrambler. Avevo dimenticato le scarpe da trekking a bordo piscina sporche di fango dopo la scalata sul vulcano. Le ho ritrovate lavate e pulite come nuove. Senza chiedere di pulirle. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

problemi con lo scarico dell’acqua nella doccia, si allagava sempre il bagno.

Localisation.

La chambre était complétement moisie. Odeur insupportable d'humidité, et moississures sur les murs. Pas de proposition de changer de chambre malgrés nos remarques. Clim ne refroidi pas. Mauvais écoulement de la douche. Petit-déjeuné passable. Entretien général de l'hotel insuffisant ne mérite pas ce prix et ce classement trois étoiles.

This is a smaller hotel with a really good vibe and lovely, welcoming and friendly staff. The place felt cozy and relaxed. They also have a great restaurant on-site. Definitely try their pizza, it was delicious! A very enjoyable short stay overall.
