Cafe da manha, e conforto da cama, limpeza.

Não tive uma hospedagem satisfatória. No check in mta demora pra ser atendido, 1 atendente e mta gente esperando, depois fomos ao restaurante, eramos SÓ NÓS no salão, fizemos o pedido e depois de 1hora e meia perguntamos sobre a refeição e eles ESQUECERAM DE FAZER. Qd veio a refeição, FRANGO QUASE CONGELADO. HORRIVEL. SUSPENDEMOS. No check out mais uma vez, tinham 12 pessoas na fila e 2 atendentes. Fiquei 35min...péssimo. Não volto. Ale´m disso, meu quarto tinha uma barulho de máquina em cima a noite inteira.

A localização é excelente. Fui em um evento no ginásio, que fica próximo ao Hotel. O Pontão também está próximo. Ainda dá para ir na feirinha na Torre de TV a pé

O quarto era muito confortável, com grande e vista para a Esplanada. O check-in foi rápido e eficiente. O fato de ter estacionamento disponível também facilitou muito a estadia. A localização é excelente.

Os dispensers do banheiro (sabonete, shampoo e condicionador) estavam vazios e uma das toalhas estava bem velha. Apesar de a reserva ser para casal, só tinha uma cápsula de café no quarto. O café da manhã era OK, mas nada surpreendente. Pelo valor da diária eu esperava um pouco mais.

A localização é perfeita, próxima a shoppings e restaurantes. Os pratos do restaurante são ótimos. O quarto tem modernidade e conforto.

O banheiro é muito apertado. O café é razoável, cabe maior variedade.
