"Déception par rapport à la description et aux photos"

- Emplacement - Calme - Proximité commerces - Grande piscine - Femme de chambre sympathique

-Pas de snack à la piscine malgré les tables disposées. On a tenté de demander une bière, la personne nous a orienté vers le supermarché (pourtant le personnel y prend des bières). - Pas de piscine enfant (vide). - Pas de jacuzzi. - Fonctionnement de la piscine douteux (vidange et remplissage pendant notre séjour). - Vue mer : uniquement si l’on parvient à voir à travers les arbres. - Entretien des extérieurs : déchets visibles, herbes hautes... - Equipement de cuisine extrêmement limité. - Wifi non fonctionnel. - Le rdc semble habité par des personnes qui ne sont pas des voyageurs.

Accoglienza inesistente, non c’è Wi-Fi, staff completamente disorganizzato, non sanno qual è la camera che devono darti e tutte le mattina alle 9:30 ti bussano per le pulizie, un giorno prima del check out mi hanno svegliato a tutti i costi alle 9 della mattina chiedendomi a che ora andavo via quando il mio check out era il giorno dopo..

Scam hotel. I wouldn't stay even one night if it provided free accommodation.

Scam hotel. There is no reception. The hotel owner does not speak English. When I wanted to cancel the reservation, he said, “Contact Booking, I don't see your reservation”. Although I called Booking and explained the situation, I could not get my fee back. A place I would definitely not recommend. I wouldn't stay even one night if it provided free accommodation.

"Incredible hotel"

The hotel was incredible — the staff were extremely polite to me and helpful with everything I asked for. The place was beautiful lastly, the room was clean ,comfortable the furnitures were brand new, the room was fully renovated, and the pool had crystal-clear water and was amazing.. I would definitely visit it again.
