The apartment is very good considering the price you pay. Room was big and clean, we had everything we needed.

If you verify the equipment you need to use that it works and ask for what you need once you arrive then you will have a wonderful stay here.

Though not in the city of Kos--more in a suburb--the room was clean, with a coffee maker, fridge,hot plate and balcony. Well maintained and affordable.

Loved the location, there is lots of lovely friendly bars, restaurants and pools that you can use and visit.

The accommodation was very poor, not welcoming only interested in seeing your pay confirmation, do not clean or replace bedding and towels, only cater to people they know. Stray cats drinking and swimming in the pool, full of insects. I was bitten on a daily basis and had a horrible reaction to it. Leading to swollen legs that I couldn't put in the sun for the last 5 days of our holiday. Accommodation facilities are really poor, nothing like it states on their booking page. Light fittings, and sockets all loose and hanging off. Bugs and insects throughout the rooms and outside them. Shower is nor big enough to fit a teenager in left alone an adult. Outdoor facilities are non existent, bar was constantly closed or told they are not serving, due to them having their food.

Location was good and staff good to talk with, but the place needs more attention to detail to make it a great experience. Sheets and towels all clean and nice.

The room was not fully prepared. Not all the washing up was done and none was put away. Coffee maker had also not been emptied. Many random items around the grounds, some close to the rooms, that just needed to be cleared up or thrown away. I accept you could have aircon for €5 per day, but if you don't want that a fan would be nice. When I was trying to finalise details for being collected at the airport, suddenly my emails were not replied to.

Fantastic location right on the main strip about a 10/15 min walk to beach. Stella was so lovely and really made effort to make sure we were ok,thank you XX So peaceful, surrounded by fields, cows mooing and lots of wildlife in trees. Most days had pool to ourselves. If you like doing your own thing with no hassle and tranquillity then this is a great base for your stay on Kos.
