Great property within 5 minutes of everything you would want to do in Charlotte yet neighborhood was quiet and a perfect trail for walking and biking was right outside the front door.

Great experience staying with Kasa! We visited Charlotte to scope out neighborhoods since we're moving to the area, and it was nice to feel like a "local" with our own apartment. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Checking in was easy with the smart lock. We walked a bit around the neighborhood and felt safe the whole time. Highly recommend staying here!

Truly felt like locals staying in this apartment. It was so nice to have our own private space - kitchen, living room, and separate bedroom. The check in process was seamless even though there is no one on-site. Kasa sent very detailed instructions via email. The location couldn't have been better. We enjoyed walking along the path by the creek and trying some local restaurants. Already looking forward to our next visit!
