Non abbiamo avuto la possibilità di soggiornarvi

Avevamo prenotato e pagato questa struttura con diversi mesi di anticipo tramite Booking, ma al nostro arrivo ci è stato comunicato che non c’era alcuna disponibilità per noi (avevamo prenotato due camere). Una situazione inaccettabile, soprattutto considerando che la prenotazione era confermata e pagata da mesi. Trovarsi senza camera dopo un viaggio, senza alcun preavviso adeguato, non è stato affatto piacevole.

Excellent location. Easy to walk to restaurants, the train, the riverside and the Cathedral.
