Busan station city hotel

Great location, spacious room and friendly staff

We walked in with high expectations as the receptionist was amazing but when we entered our room we were disappointed. Hair and dust were all over the floor. We got to our room late in the evening so the following morning we went to the front desk to ask for a good cleaning. Another big con was there was an unbearable stench entering the room when the bathroom fan was turned off so we left the fan on at all times. It smelled like sewage and poop : ( We loved that the room was big and could fit 4 adults and 4 pieces of luggage and still give us ample space. Bus station was across the street and a convenience store right behind the hotel.

Very modern and clean hotel with helpful staff at the front desk. Close to train service or ferry service.

Transportation is really convinient

The staffs are so helpful, the room is clean and the location is close to places we want to visit in busan.

Loved this hotel! Room was clean and nicely designed! Toilet, bathroom and basin all separated so three persons in the room did not need to wait. Undisturbed rest! Bus stops in front of property super convenient. Thank you

The most clean hotel I've ever stayed. The hotel building is pretty new and high technology. The parking elevator is amazing and neat

It's pretty good hotel. Especially the front desk gentlemen are very helpful.

Over all great we will stay again in the future.
