Location

The owner was not available. The pool and compound was cleaned at 6am! There was a strange man in our compound all the time - not private like advised! The pool was freezing, the bed so uncomfortable we didn't stay, the bathroom is more of a wet room so ensure that you have used the WC before someone showers! Wifi the worst I've ever had in Bali and no outdoor sitting area where we could share space with our friend's from another room. World wide it has to be the worst place I have ever stayed in for the cost. A backpacker experience would have been better.

"The location is perfect to be able to walk around Ubud. It was safe and secure and the communication was seamless."

The location was perfect in town yet still somehow quiet from the traffic. It was set back and felt secure. A private pool and gated meant we had privacy

It was quite basic and the bathrooms could have done with a bit of updating but it didn’t impact the usability

The staff were extremely welcoming and very attentive. The facilities were clean and upkept and the location was very central.

There wasn’t really a reception so it was a bit concerning to walk into because we didn’t know who to see or where to go, but we were greeted very quickly so it wasn’t really an issue
