Hilton Garden Inn Jeffersonville, In

This hotel felt like a small resort, I say this because of the way it is tastefully decorated, the grounds are well kept, the rooms are spacious and clean and the lobby smells fantastic. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience at a nearby hotel that lead me to check out. I drove directly to Hilton Garden Inn in Jeffersonville and they were able to accommodate my stay. My room was beautiful and the service was OUTSTANDING, everyone was professional, friendly and helpful. I must recognize Courtney, who always welcomed me with a smile and kind greeting, remembering my name and asking me how my stay is going. She is a great representation of excellent customer service. My stay here was 16 days, I have nothing but great things to say. I highly recommend this hotel for your next visit to Jeffersonville.

Nice hotel and staff.

They did not clean the room or stick the bathroom essentials properly such as conditioner and enough clean towels. The coffee machine didn’t work properly. No regular coffee in the lobby area.

Excellent place to stay with friends and family.

Only stayed one night but may have been one of the nicest rooms on our two week road trip.

We arrived for our 1st Derby week and cannot say enough about the tremendous hospitality we received. We thought being in Indiana about 20 min from Downtown Louisville was a disadvantage but we were wrong. When we woke up in the morning, we were greeted by derby decor in the lobby including red roses along with derby events. It was unexpected and made this hotel feel like a charming inn. Thanks to Tonda, Patricia and Nymisha who made us feel at home and was there for every thing we needed! You all were part of our derby experience and we appreciate all you did for us. Thank you
