Best Louis Hamilton Hotel Ocean Terrace

수영장 이용불가라해서 기분상함. 그리고 좁은 주차장으로 주차공간이 거의 없음. 엘베 이용시 카드 찍어야하는 불편함. 좁은 공간

Great stay. Rooms are very nice over looking the water

The room service was excellent! The food we ordered came very quickly and it was absolutely delicious. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The pool bubble party was also so much fun and the pool itself is clean and big enough for everyone to enjoy. Loved it!

There were stains on the carpet and the hot water only worked the first night we were there. After that, we had 2 cold showers because the water wouldn’t heat up at all.

The view was lovely, and the staff were extremely polite and helpful wherever possible, which we appreciated. The "hinokki" bathtub was huge, and we enjoyed soaking in it.

Honestly, at the rate we were paying (for a deluxe room), you expect things to be perfect. They were not: the room key stopped working (twice), and the aircon was weak (and took 45 minutes to cool the room). On arrival, the toilet reeked, despite the poor cleaner's best attempts. The added charge to use the rooftop pool was barefaced gouging ... we'd already spent close to $300 per night, so surely the hotel could throw in access to the pool?? The finger food / snacks we ordered to our room took almost an hour to arrive. As said, for the money we were paying, these small details added up to an unsatisfactory experience.

객실 내부, 화장실 청소상태 물때 얼룩에 먼지 가득에 수영장은 정말 살다살다 요즘 세상에 이렇게 더러운 수영장은 처음 봐서 너무 충격이었어요.. 물관리를 안하시는건지 너무 많은 이물질이 떠다니고 물에 들어가면 질병 걸릴거 같은데 위생관리가 전혀 안되어 있습니다!!!ㅠㅠ

여자직원분 불친절합니다. 1층 로비에 화장실없고 기계식 주차장입니다. 객실내 화장실은 문이 있긴 한데 틈이 벌어져 있어서 다 들립니다. 민망 세면대, 샤워실, 변기 다 분리되어 있긴 한데 불투명하게 다 비칩니다.
