"Disappointing"

Location

It was dirty. Big lumps of food under the chairs and table, items under the beds, thick dust on the small wardrobe and on the shelves inside the wardrobe of bedroom two. broken shoe rack, tiles, hole in the freezer door. Bathroom door didn't stay shut or locked. WiFi worked for 5mins in the whole stay. Emailed twice to notify them with no reply
