Super great location, only 5 min walk distance to the beach. Newly built hotel with quite fresh facilities. There are several small hotel buildings surrounded by beautiful garden, pools, cafe zone.

A bit far from (10 min walk) from Tekirova’s main road and since we travelled in the summer it was burning experience to walk till main street. During other seasons I guess it is ok. Plain breakfasts but ok to start a day.

Pool, cleanliness

The first problems started about 10 days before I was supposed to check into the hotel. They asked me to cancel the reservation by email (via booking), and when I contacted them by phone, they said that everything was fine with the reservation and that was the end of it. The day before checking into the hotel, they contacted me to change my room (a bigger one was reserved and they offer a smaller one for the same money), where I replied that it didn't suit me and that everything should remain as it was. The next day, when I arrived to check in at the hotel, they give me the key to the room, and the small one can barely fit three people in it (the booked room was 30m2). I immediately complain and they find a new room that is slightly bigger than the first one and it was ok, but it was still not the room that was reserved/paid for. Tired of the journey, we accept the specified room. In the following days, the problems continued with a bad and small breakfast, something was always missing, the lunch that we paid extra for also happened that the meat/fish was not cooked well. Note for the beach!!! The first 7 days there were no problems with the beach, but then the second 7 days I started having nightmares. The lifeguard who works on the beach chased us off the beach and said that DreamTown Hotel does not have access to it, so they chased us away for 8 days (even though the hotel advertises that it has access to the beach+loungers+umbrellas), when I explained the problem, everyone was surprised and said that it will be decided tomorrow. Unfortunately, tomorrow there was a problem with the lifeguard again (the lifeguard explained to us that DreamTown lost the right to the beach), but with the help of "Zafir" he didn't disturb us for the remaining few days (the lifeguard is such a monster of a man terrorizing people all over the beach). .
