Unfortunately, despite multiple attempts before my arrival, I was unable to get in touch with a real person from the hostel. Because of this lack of communication, I was ultimately unable to stay there and lost the money I had paid for the booking. This was extremely frustrating, especially as I have had much better experiences with other hostels, which were far more responsive, flexible, and accommodating when issues arose. Reliable communication is essential in the hospitality industry, and unfortunately that was missing here.
