It was in a good location

It has more of a boarding house vibe than a b and b.

Central location, free and plentiful street parking, within walking distance of downtown, cafes and restaurants. Kitchen was clean and well equippped. I had a bathroom in my room, which not all the rooms do. Host was not on site but was responsive to texts. Door locks on entryway door and rooms were secure.

The floors and doors creaked badly and made sleeping through the night a challenge when other guests got up to use the shared bathroom. Breakfast situation was not communicated. I wound up paying for my own in town. Staircase quite steep and challenging to carry luggage up and down. Not well lit. No host on site. No instructions for TV remote.

This was my second time staying here, and I will 100% again. The location and the place itself are excellent. The property owner, Euna Yun, is so kind and helpful she is amazing! The place is so clean and well cared for. And it gives the perfect East Coast vibes.

breakfast looked good, but did not eat because we had one stay and decided to eat out.

We stayed only one night and it was perfect. great location, clean, and quaint.

Location, near downtown.

Dingy narrow hallways. Old rooms. Breakfast is just food left in the cupboard. Made a booking mistake regarding dates, immediately (within a minute) tried to get either cancel or adjustment but owner refused, stuck it to me.

I did not receive details of the property to stay at and therefore I could not stay there and had to book another place to stay.
