I liked the location. I liked the cleanliness of the large efficiency/studio facility. They give you plenty of towels. Free ice. They supply bikes and swimming accessories. Friendly management. 4 people can comfortably sleep in the unit. The kitchenette is nice to have. Pet friendly. I had my two small chichuahas with me.

The parking was challenging, especially on the first day, July 4th. It's a crowded beach area and it has little city parking overall. The city does put on a great fireworks display at 9 PM which can be seen throughout the entire beach area. The corner unit I stayed in #8, is very nice and has a small area that can act as a balcony and beach viewing area. I think it was a bit pricey for the property. Almost 240 dollars a night and it's not a luxury hotel.

This was by far, the cleanest property I’ve ever been to. Felt right at home… the location is excellent! A few steps from the beach, not too far from bars and restaurants yet not too close to the noisy part of the broadwalk.

The Marlin Beachside property turned out to be a great pick. The room was spacious, clean and just what we needed to spend a couple of nights in Hollywood. Could not have asked for more!
