The staff are terrific, very friendly and helpful

Wendy and the entire team, from the entrance staff to reception and housekeeping were incredibly friendly and welcoming! The room was spotless, and the balcony added a lovely touch. The decor throughout the hotel was beautifully done and created a pleasant atmosphere.

The property is beautiful, the rooms are a bit tight but overall very nice & clean. There is no air conditioning in the room, which can make the space feel uncomfortably enclosed and stuffy, especially during warmer days. I wished they had more options for breakfast like the fruit already cut, nesspreso machine or even a simple menu of hot meals to start the day. Everything else was great!

Everything's very good.

The hotel building looks like an old mansion. It was unique and beautiful architecture. All the staff were wonderful. The location was also great for everything. Instead of staying at a big hotel, it was nice and cozy.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is lovely and rooms are comfortable. Morad was a great host and the entire staff were friendly and did a wonderful job cleaning our room and taking care of us. We liked that there was a gate and everyone got to know you. Would definitely stay again.

Friendly and courteous staff. Very clean. Walking distance to all the Polanco restaurant and shopping districts.
