We stayed at a gorgeous hotel in Polanco and were honestly blown away. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel right at home—warm, professional, and always ready with a smile or a great recommendation. Our room was a dream—quiet, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. And the location couldn’t be better. We were just minutes away from all the good stuff in Polanco: the best restaurants, parks, cafes, and shopping. We’ll absolutely be coming back. If you’re looking for a luxurious yet down-to-earth stay in Mexico City, this is the one.

A localização é ótima

o café da manhã é muito ruim. Serviram o café (se é que se pode chamar aquilo de café) numa mesinha fora do quarto e tive que comer em pé. Minha esposa e filha declinaram e foram tomar café na rua. Os itens do café eram uma maça, um suco e um bolinho ... Bem aquém do que se espera de um hotel desse padrão.
