The staff, nice seating area outside, proximity to everything to do in San Miguel. Quiet during the day. Comfortable, big and warm bed.

We stayed in one of the quieter rooms but it was so noisy at night. There is no noise isolation and the walls are very thin. You can hear when people are talking outside and guests arriving late. Every night guests were arriving late at night and it kept us awake. Bathrooms are outdated and there are too little shared bathrooms for the number of guests. Definitely overpriced for what we got (50€ for a small room with shared bathroom) but San Miguel is expensive, especially the weekends.

The people were really great and so helpful!! The vibe was great. Room was big.

Would have thought that there was a spa / swimming pool, but there was not.

Our bedroom window faced the dining table which was beside the Sharad washroom.

I loved the staff and it was walking distance from the Center and the main attractions

it gets very hot in the rooms and the fan is sometimes not enough
